WHEREAS, a special municip~l election was held and conducted in the City of Elsinore on Tuesday, the 4th day of January, 1949, as required by Law. AND WHEREAS, it appears that notice of said election was duly and legally given, that voting precinct was properly established, that election officers were regularly appointed and election supplies furnished, and that in all respects said 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 i ! i ceived and canvassed and returns thereof, made, determined and I declared in time, form and manner as required by the general lawsl , ! election was held and conducted and the vote cast thereat re- of the State providing for and regulating municipal elections in cities of the sixth class, AND WHEREAS, the 6ity Council of said City of Elsinore met at the Council Chamber thereof on Tuesday, the 11th day of January, 1949, to canvass the returns of said election and ins- tall the newly elected officers; and whereas the Council finds as a result of said canvas that the number of votes cast, the names of the persons voted for, and other matters required by law, to be as hereinafter stated, now therefore it is hereby, RESOL VED, determined and declared as follows:i i That said special municipal election was held and con- : ducted in the City of Elsinore on Tuesday the 4th day of January: i 1949, in time, form and manner as required by law, That there were two voting precincts, precinct "A" and Precinct "B" established in said City for the purpose of holding said election, as follows: 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 1 County elections: 2 That the whole number of votes cast in said election 3 was 687 including absentee ballotso 4 That the names of the persons voted for, the offices for which they were voted, the number of votes received by each of said persons, the measure voted on and votes for and against said measure in Consolidated Voting Precinct "A" and Precinct "E" are as follows:-- 5 6 ? 8 9 NAMES OF PERSONS VOTED FOR OFFICES VOTED FOR PRECINCT TOTAL VOTE · · · 0 . . . . eo · · · . · . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ,. . 0 Neal F.
