RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ELSINORE RELATIVE TO WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
INSURANCE FOR REGISTERED VOWNTEER tlDISASTER
SERVICE WORKERSII.
WFmREAS, Section 1599.1 ef the Military and Veterans Code, Chapter 104,

Statlites 1946>, 1st Extraerttinary Session, provides:
"The California Stat_ Disaster Council snaIl esbablish
by rule and regulatien various classes of disaster
service workers and the seepe of the duties of eacn
class. The California State Disastoer Council shall
also adopt rules and regulations preseribimg the man-
ner in which disaster service workers of each class
are to be registered. All such rules and regulations
shall be designed to facilita.te the paying of workmen 1 s

WHEREAS, Section 1599.2 of the Military and Veterans Cod-e, Cnapter 104,
Statutes 1940, 1st Extraordinary Session, provides:

WHEREAS, the City of Elsinore has registered and wi-ll hereafter register
volunteer Disaster Service Workers, and
WHEREAS, the City of Elsinore desires to become an "Accredited. Disaster
Council" organization in order that injured Disaster Service Workers registered.
