Relative to the Formation of a Consol-
idated Recreation Park and Parkway District

Resolution was adopted, to wit:
WHEREAS, the City of Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of
California, is in need of an will be benefited by formation of
a Consoli<i.ated. Recreation Park and. Parkway District;
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of ElSinore, County of Riversiie, State of California, in

regular session assembled this
28th day of

, 1948

that a Consolidated Recreation Park and Parkway District be formed
pursuant to a.na. in accora.ance with the provisions of Sections 5400-
5428 of the Public Resources Code of the State of California, to be
known as and named. "Lake Elsinore Recreation Park and Parkway Dis-
trict", and to include and be comprised of the following-described
territory within the corporate limits of the City of Elsinore,
County of Riverside, State of California., and terri t~ry located in
the unincorporated. area of the County of Riverside, State of Cali-
fornia, to wit:

thence West 1 mile; thence South 1 mile; Thence
westerly along the southerly boundary of Sections

known as State Route 77) as shown on map of Seaco
Tract No.1, filed in Map Book 10, page 59, Records
of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
Thence southerly on said easterly boundary to
the intersection of aa.id easterly botmd8ry with the
center line of Bryant Street, as shown on Map of
Blocks K, L a.ne. M, Elsinore, California., filed in

line with the center l1ne of Como Street, as shown on
said Map; thence northwesterly on said center line of
Como Street to the intersection of said center line
with the center line of Corydon Street, as shown on
said Map; thenee southwesterly on said center line of
Corydon Street and said center line prolonged south-
westerly to its intersection with the southerly boun-
dary of Grand Avenue as shown on said Map and also as
shown on Plat Showing Resubdivision of Block D, Elsi-
nore, filed in Map Book 6, page 296, Recoris of the
Recorder o~ San Diego County, California;
Thence northwesterly on said southerly boundary
of Grand Avenue to the most northeasterly corner of
Lot 50, Block D, as shown on said Map; thence South-
westerly on the southeasterly boundary of said Lot
50 to the La Laguna Rancho Line;
Thence northwesterly along the boundary of the
Ranch~ La Laguna to the east boundary of Section 24,
