BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of ilsinore, that the
4 acting Mayor and Oi ty Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to sign a lease
5 and agreement between the Temescal1,vater Company and the City of Elsinore, for
6 the Cities use of their water well located in the Northeast Quarter of the South-
7 1,"i'est Quarter of Section 9, Township 6 South, Range 4 Hest, S.B.B. & H. Together
8 with an easement of a pipe line across the 40 acre traft in which the said well
9 is located for a period of 15 years.

I, Paul Kuenzli, the duly elected, qualified and acting City Clerk of
12 the City of Elsinore, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
13 correct copy of a resolution passed at an adjourned meeting of the City Council
of the City of Elsinore, held on the 16th day of August, 1948.
