REOOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELSINORE
CLOSING ALIEY FOLLOvfDW LOT 5 BLOCK 11

1>JHEREAS: Ordinance No. 288 of the City of Elsinore, was duly

passed by the City Council of said City on July 12, 1948 declaring its
intention to vacate an Alley in Block 11 original Townsite, City of Elsinore

as follows:

Beginning at the southeast corner Lot 5 Blk 11 original
Townsite City of Elsinore, County of Riverside state of
California as shown in Map Book 6 page 302 thereof San
Diego County Record thence H 710 30' 3011 W 150.0 feet
alonS the southerly line of said Lot 5 to a point: Thence
S IS 29' 38" W 15 feet. Thence S 710 30' 30" E 150 feet.
Thence NlS 29' 30" E 15 feet to the point of beginning

and fixing the Council Chamber of the City Hall as the place, and the 9th da.y
of August 1948, at the hour of 8 o'clock P.M. as the time, where and when all
persons objecting to the proposed vacation might be heard; and
A hearing was held at siid time and place before the City Council
of the City of Elsinore, and all persons interested were heard and evidence was
offered and all objections to said closing were overruled.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council finds from all
the evidence submitted that that Alley described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner Lot 5 Blk 11 original
Townsite City of Elsinore, County of Riverside State of
California as shown in Map Book 6 page 302 thereof San
Diego County Record thence N 710 30' 30" W 150.0 feet
alonS the southerly line of sa.id l(,t 5 to a point: Thence
S 18' 29' 30" W 15 feet. Thence S 710 301 30" E 150 feet.
Thence N 180 291 30" E 15 feet to the point of beginning
is unnecessary for present or prospective public Alley purposes; and IT IS
ORDERED that said Alley be and the same is hereby decla.red to be vacated.
