BE IT RESOLVED BY,the City Council of the City of Elsinore that the

City Clerk be authorized to fix the amounts to be dral~ from the differant

funds when makeing out demands for City Empolyee sa1mries. Such funds shall

be according to the department which the employee is employed by and can be
legaly paid from as authorized by the laws of the S~~t~~f<.'~a.ll$(in:rn1ao

14 Cit;r of .c..lsinore ,do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
16 correct copy of a resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the
