BE IT RESOLVED BY, the City Council of the City of Elsinore that the
appointment of \ivaI ter Bittle as (l Police Officer for the City of Elsinore
effective the lath day of Hay, 1%(1, be and is hereb3r approved.
BE IT FURTlillH m;SOLv.GD, that the salary of said Police Officer is
hereb3r fixed at the sum of ~~170.00 per month. S2.id salary to be paid from the
General, Liquor Control and In Lieu tax funds, the a.mounts from each of said
funds to be determinated by the City Clerk.
I, Paul Kuenzli, the du13r elected, qualified and acting Cit;y Clerk of
