RESOLUTION NO. ~ "do
WHEREAS, there is an uncertainty in the location of the
boundary line between certain property belonging to the City of
Elsinore and certain property adjoining the same on the West
owned by Stephen H. Root and wife, and an agreemen t has been
made between the said part:Les to make said line certain by an
exchange of deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Elsinore
are hereby authorized to make, execute and deliver to
Stephen H. Root and Edith M. Root, llusband and wife,
as Joint Tenants, a grant deed covering the following
described property:
That portion of Warm Springs Park of the
Town of Elsinore, as shown by map on file in Book 6
page 302 of Maps, Records of San Diego County, lying
Southerly of Graham Avenue, extended Westerly and
Northerly of the line parallel with the Southerly line
of Graham Avenue and measured 300 feet Southwesterly
therefrom and at right angles thereto and Easterly of
the following described line: Beginning at a point on
the Southerly line of Graham Avenue, 207.9 feet Ncr th-
westerly from the most Easterly corner of Lot 13 in
Block 17, as shown on said Map; thence South 260 16'
West to a point which is 300 feet South of the Southerly
line of Graham Avenue and measured at right angles thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City of Elsinore does hereby accept that certain
deed from Stephen H. Root and Edith M. Root, his wife,
dated March 24, 1948, covering the following described
property, to wit:
That portion of the Northeasterly 300 feet
between parallel lines of Block 17 of the Town of Elsinore,
as shown by map on file in Book 6 page 302 of Maps,
Records of San Diego COllilty, which lies Westerly of a line
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southerly

1 I, Paul Kuenzli, the duly elected, qualified and acting
2 City Clerk of the City of Elsinore, do hereby certify that the
3 foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution
4 passed by the City Council of the City of Elsinore at it's
5 regular meeting held on the 12th day of April, 1948.
