BE IT RESOLVED BY, the City Council of the City of Elsinore that its

Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into an agreement with the California I

Electric Power Company to furnish power to operate a twenty-five horse power

motor for pumping water from a well located on West Franklin Street, being
leased by the City of Elsinore from the General Petroleum Corporation.
I, Paul Kuenzli, the duly elected, qualified and acting City Clerk of the
City of Elsinore, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Elsinore held on the 24tH say of February, 1948.
