For the purpose of this ordinance~ the word "garUage" shall be held to include and rnean kitchen and taLle re£use, leavings, ozial, s~ill and every accumulation of animal, vegetable :r. and other mat.ter that attends or results from th~ preparation, consumption~ 3ecay~ dealing in or stora~e o£ meabs, £ish, £owls, £ruits, v?getab7.esand othe foo.d. The City Council of the City of Elsinore does hereby ordai;n as follows: Section 1: Section 1 of Urdinance No. 21 of the City of Elsinore is hereby amended to ead as £ollows: • Section 1: The width o£ all sidewalks in the City of Elsinore shal.l be proportioned to the width of the streets and shall be a s follows: On streets 30 feet or more in width~ 15 feet; Q~ stre~ts 60 £eet to 79 feet~ inclusive, in width~ 10 £eet; On streets 50 fe~t to 59 faet, inclusive~ in width~ ~ feet~ On streets less than $0 £~et in width, 5 feet; EXC°FTthat on the east side o£ Spring Street between the North line of Graham Avenue and the South line of Pbttery Street the sidewalk shall be 6 feet in width. .
