4 BE IT RESOLVED,by the city Council of the City of Elsinore,
5 that resolution No.454 passed and adopted on the 28th. day of
6 April,1947,Authorizing the sale of certain City Property and
7 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a deed to said
8 property to a ~~ Radovich be hereby recinded and declared null
9 an~ void,as of this date, the 22nd day of September,1947.
