That there is hereb~r granted to Heinz Landshut, doing business as "Elsinore ~`axi~~-the riaht-to maintain and aperate ta~ci-cabs in the City of Elsinore, Gali£o.rnia, f.or the perioa of two ,(2) years. The privileges hereby ,granted are upon the followin~ conditions, ,t'o wit y _ 1.. That'the<grantee of this f'ranchise or his assigns shall continue to pay to the Cit~ o£ Elsinore~ California, the license £ee as designated by the brdinanoes of said City,o£ Els#norey California. 2.. That the grantee or his assigns:shall Sully comp3y with all the Ordinances of the said Gity of Elsinore; Cali£ornia, requiring,r~gistration of Taxi-cab drivers and other regulations prescribed by the aforesaid Ordina.£ices for the operation o£ taxi-cabs and veh4cles. SECTION 2. Ail ordinanees and parts of ordinances in contlict -herewith; are°hereby repealed. ^ SECTlON 3.
