declar:tng its intention to VH.cate a portion of Langstaff Street
lying North of State Highway No. 395 in said City, and fixing
the Council Chamber of the City Hall in the City of Elslnore as
the place, a.nd the 12th day of August, 1946, at the hour of' 8
o.clock P. M. as the time, where and when all persons objecting
to the proposed vacation might be heal~d; and
A hearing was held at sald time and place before the
Clty Council of the City of ElsInore, and all persons interested
were heard and evidence VHiU3 offel'ed and all ob jections to said
closlng were overruled.

Highway No. 396 is unnecessary for present 01' prospective public
street purposes; and
IT 18 ORDER.ED that said Street be and the orona 1s hereby
decll~red to be vacated.
