BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
,Elsinore, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are
authorized to execute and deliver a contract for the collection
of garbage and rubbish in the City of Elsinore, a copy of which
contract is hereto attached and made a part of this resolution.
