\!\"HEREAS ,this curtailment of liquor sales would further the war-f;#.f-
fortand hasten the da,;et Victory,and ada to public welfare and safety,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,BY THE CITY COUNCll., of the City of
Elsinore,at its regular session held this eleventh day of October
Ig43,that the State Board of Equalization be urged to adopt the reg-
ulations necessary to elinate the sale of Alcoholic neverages from Sat-
urday night at midnight to the present opening hours on Monday morning,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that a copy of this Resolution be forwqrded
to the State Board of Equalization at Sacramento, California,
Passed and adopted Oqt;ober 11th, 1943 bv the following vote:-
