RESOLurrON NO. \3 77-
WHEREAS, Southern California Gas Company has filed a bond in the
penal sum of $1000 dated May 1, 1933, with Associated Indemnity Corpo-
ration as surety, running to City of Elsinore as guarantee of faithful
performance under the terms and conditions of franchise granted by
ordinance No. 149 and
WHEREAS, Southern California Gas Company has filed a bond in the
penal sum of $1000 dated October 3, 1933, with Massachusetts Bonding and
Insurance Company as surety, running to City of Elsinore as guarantee 01'
faithful performance under the terms and conditions of franchise granted

I WHEREAS, Southern California Gas Company has been granted a rranchise
under ordinance No. 245 whichbas superseded franchises granted under
ordinance Nos. 149 and 198 and
WHF,REAS, Southern California Gas Company has filed a bond in the
penal sum of $1000 with Associated Indemnity Corporation as surety running
to City of Elsinore and dated November 14, 1941, as assurance of' raithful
performance under the terms of franchise granted by ordinance No. 245
NOW TID.:REFORE, be it resolved that the bond filed by Southern Calif-
ornia Gas Company dated May 1, 1933, in the penal sum of $1000 with
Associated Indemnity Corporation as surety and running to City of Elsinore
and the bond filed by Southern California Gas Company dated October 3,1933,
in the penal sum of $1000 with Massachusetts Bonding and Insurance Company
as surety and running to City of Elsinore be and the same are hereby can-
celled and that said principal and sureties be, a.nd they hereby are,
released and forever discharged.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a Resolution
adopted by the City Council of the City of Elsinore, at a meeting thereof
held on the _~day of .' 1941.
