RESOLUTION NO. \37~
RESOLUTION ORDERING TRE WORK OF CLOSING UP AND
VACATING A PORTION OF' LIMITED AVENUE IN r:eRE
CITY OP ELSINORE.
vnIEP~AS, the Council of the 'City of Elsinore did on the
~tf4day of February, 1942, pass its Resolution No. ::37D
declaring its intention to order the hereinafter described work
to be done; and,
WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution
headed "Notice of Public Workll were duly and legally posted along
the line of the contemplated work or improvement in the form and
manner as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of
~rf~ ~~ posted the same, now
on file in the 0 fice of the Clerk of said C1 ty, and showing that
said posting was completed on the
r5?~ ~ day of February,
1942; and,
WHEREAS, a copy of said notice was duly published for
four successive insertions in the Elsinore Leader-Press, a weekly
newspaper published and circulated in the 0i ty of Elsinore"
there being no daily newspaper published in said City, as more
fully appears by tbe affidavit of J- ~ J'.-..i?___~ I.?~
on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and,
WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented have been
disposed of in the time, form and manner as required by law, and
said Council has now acquired jurisdiction to order the proposed
work; and,
WEEREAS, said proposed work is for the closing up of
a portion of Limited Avenue, and it appears to said Council trlat

the said Council hereby orders to be done, the work of closing
up and vacating that portion of Limited Avenue in said City
described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of Limited Avenue lying between Poe StI'eet
and Warm Springs Park;
. In accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. \37v
declaring the intention of said Council to order said work to
be done, and it is hereby ordered that said work be done in
accordance with said Resolution of Intention.
I, C. J. Kalina, the duly elected, qualified and acting
City Clerk of the City of Elsinore, California, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted by the Council of said City at its meeting held on
