RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE
OF BONDS
vnIEREAS, the Council of the City of Elsinore, Calif-
ornia, did in open session on the 25th day of April, 1938, after
the hour of 7:30 P.M. publicly open, examine and declare all
proposals or bids for the purchase of the series of bonds of
the City of Elsinore described as follows:
A series of municipal bonds designated "Elsinore
Municipal Bonds 193811.z-.of the tot~l ~ val1.W o~ ..m;~~Oo.O~OOl. J~ ":1t
/1~~~~~~'~/i1C1 V
issued for the purpose of paying a portion of the costs of the
acquisition of all of the outstanding improvement bonds dated
May 10, 1926, and designated rtSeries Xl', issued by the Ci ty of
Elsinore under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915.
Said bonds will be dated April 25, 1938, and will be
fifteen in number and of the par value of $1,000.00 each and
shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, pay-
able semi-annually on the 25th day of October and April of each
year, both principal and interest to be payable at the office
of the Treasurer of the City of Elsinore, Elsinore, California.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby rejects all
of such proposals or bids, except those herein mentioned and
hereby accepte the pro'Poaal of f?~of~
for the purchase of the entire issue of said bonds for the fol-

Treasurer be hereby authorized and directed to deliver said
bonds to the said purchaser upon payment to the City Treasurer
of the City of Elsinore of the amount of his bid, and the City
Clerk is further directed to retu.rn to all unsuccessful bidders
