P?o (Resolution declaring that closing up and vacating of Irwin Drive in the Oity of' Elsinore, County of' Riverside, State of California, has been oompleted.) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elsinore, did on the /g4ay ()f~8 1934, pass its Resolution No.r97i ordering the wor-k of olosing up and vacating Irwin Drive in said City hereinafter described, as oomtemplated by Resolution of Intention No. ~?7 ; and WHEREAS, the Superintendent of streets of saicl City has reported to said City Counoil that the work of' olosing up and vaoating I.rwin Drive has 'been done and oo.mpleted; NOW THEREFORE .be it resolved tha,t the City Counoil hereby determines that Irwin Drive in said City hereinafter described, is olesed IIp and vaoated. Irwin 1'Jrive in said Oity hereinabove referred to is described as follows, to.wit: The whole of Irwin Drive between Dawes Street and Park Way as shown on that oertain map of Pepper Grove Tract on file in Book 14 of Maps on page '28 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California. I, C. J. Kalina, the duly elected, qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Elsinore, California, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduoed and adopted. by the City Council of said City at its meeting held on the ,fl.1J;l!,day of C2u,J 1934, 8Y the following vote: Ayes: Noes: Absent: ~~Cf .'
