we are conducting research on solar activity in the city of Lake Elsinore and would like to request permit data for the period August 1 st,2026-August
31 st,2026
If the report is generated after August 31,2026,please include all qualifying residential permits from August 1,2026 through the report-generation
date,rather than limiting the export to August 31.Please include the name of the applicant—whether an individual,business,or contractor—who
submitted the permit application.
Scope:
Residential solar photovoltaic(PV)and residential energy storage/battery system permits combined(i.e.,all residential permits that include solar PV,
battery storage,or both).
Exclude:commercial permits and valuation fields.
Requested data fields(CSV or Excel format preferred):
Permit number
Permit status
Permit address
Applicant name(company name if available;otherwise,the individual's name)
Contractor
Permit issue date
Permit application date
Permit final/completion date
Permit type
Permit sub-type
Permit work description
Storage/battery manufacturer name(if applicable)
If your system does not separately categorize solar or storage permits,please provide all residential building and electrical permits issued during this
period so I can filter accordingly.
I do not need original records or scanned copies—only the data exportable from your permit-tracking software.An email reply with the CSV/Excel file
attached(or a link to download it)would be ideal.
If these reports are available via a public portal or website,please share the direct link and any instructions for accessing monthly data exports.
