A RESOLUTION OF' IJiHE CIT'Y COUNCIL OF' THE
CITY OF ELSINffiE FIXING 'NlE RATE OF WAGES
F'OR BUILDING AND CONSTHUCTING AN EX'IIENSION
AND ADDIIJ.'ION rro 'l'dE CITY RESllfWOIR LOCATED
IN BLO$K 88 OF' hEALD'S BE-SUBDIVISION OF
CERTAIN BLOCKS IN rrHE CITY (F' ELSINORE.

ViliEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elsinore,
proposes to enter into a contract with S.H. Coogan, George
Peck and Ross Mallard, for building and constructing an ex-
tension a.nd addition to the City Resm"'ll)ir located in Block
88 of Heald's Be-subdivision of certain blocks in the City of
Elsinore; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elsinore
has ascertained the general. prevailing rate of pff' diem wages
in tile locali ty where the work is to be performed, for each
craft or type of workman or' mechanic necessary to execute the
contract;
BE rr RESOLVED:
That the general prevailing rate of per diem wages
in the said locality where the work is to be performed, for
each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute
the contract and the general prevailing rate for legal holiday
and overtime work, are as follows:
For common labor $3.20 per day
li'or holiday and
overtime work ~p3. 20 per day,
and,
BE rli FUHTHER RESOLVED that the sa.id contract with
S.H.Coogan, George Peck, and Hoss Mallard, when executed, shall
provide for the payment of the aforesaid rates.
I, C.J. Kalina, the duly elected, qualified and actin:
Clerk of the City of Elsinore, California, hereby certify that
the foregoing I1.esolution was duly and regularly introduced and
