M., publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the purchase of all, any, or any part of the series of the Muni- cipal Improvement Bonds of the City of Elsinore, California, described as follows: A. saries'.of Municipal Improvement Bonds in the total par value of $22,500.00, issued for the purpose of the acquisition, construction and completion by said City of El- sinore of a certain municipal improvement, to-wit: The con- struction of additions to the present Sewer System, including Sewer Mains and all appurtenances thereto. Said bonds will each be dated August 1, 1930, and will be twenty-three (23) in number; bond No. 1 to be of the par value of Seven Hundred Fifty and nO/lOO ($750.00) Dalla rs, and shall be due an d payable on the 1st day of August, 1931. ,,-....-;" Bond No. 2 to be of the par value of Seven Hun- dred Fifty and nO/lOO ($750.00) DOllars, and shall be payable on the 1st day of August, 1932.
