A RESOLUTION FINDING THAT mE. OWNERS OF MORE THAN
ONE-HALF OF THE AREA OF TEE mOPERTY INCLUDED IN
TrlE ASSESSMI!mT DIsTRICT HAVE NOT MADE WRITTEN 013-
J"ECTIONS GOING TO THE ENTIRETY OF THE THINGS PRO-
POSED TO BE DONE, DETERMINING THE EXTENT AND BOUND-
ARIES OF THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, .AND DETEBMINING
THE GRADES FOR ~. IMPROV'..tf1MENT.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Oi ty Council of' the Oi ty of' Elsin-
ore, state of' California, as follows:-
That the owners of more than one-half of the area of' the
property included within the entire assessment district, as de-
scribed in Resolution of Intention No. 224, adopted by the City
Counc il of' the said Oi ty of Elsinore, on the lOth day of Febru-
ary, 1930, and in the specifications therefor referred to in
said Resolution of Intention have not in writing, or orally,
made objections going to the ordering of' the things to be done,
as an entirety, or to the extent of the assessment district, or
to the grades to which the improvements are to be c:onstructed.
The. t the boundarie s of the assessment distric t for said
Acquisition and Improvena:ent District No.1 of the City of Elsin-
ore, as proposed in said Resolution of Intention, be, and the
same are hereby adopted and established as the boundaries of
said assessment di strict.
The. t the grades to wh ich said improvernen t s and work
are to be constructed, SL>J.all be those set forth in the plans,
profiles, detail drawings and specifications referred to in
said Resolution Qif Intention.
Passed and adopt ed by the City Council of the City of
EIs inore, State of Calif'ornia, this loth day of March, 1930,
by the following vote, to-wit:
