On or around 1/12/2005 Lake elsinore contracted with North Peak Partners Ip to do nichols/eltorro road improvements.The scope of work was road
grading,cut and fill slopes,concrete swales,drainage improvements ect. I need the recorded certificate of completion for this project.The project
included an easement on to my property.At that time it was APN#347-420-020,028. It is now 347-420-049.This easement terminates upon
completion of this job. I need to file this form to terminate the easement.The scope of work and the easement info is detailed on document#2005-
0029666,and 2005-0029667.In these documents you will find detailed info involving the job I am referring to.In document ending in 667 you will find
pg 1 exhibit 2 that outlines the termination agreement.I have attached the documents.Please broaden your scope to include other company names
as North Peak owned and controlled many other entities.The dates of your agreement with them may have started earlier or later than 1/12/2005.
The scope of work is detailed so that should help.Please let me know if you need more info.Thank you!
