A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE CHANGE OF BENEFITS FOR
UNION REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2026,
TO JUNE 30, 2029
Whereas, the City Council and the employees represented by LIUNA Local 777 have
come to an agreement for the period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029 (See attached Exhibits
A, B, and B-1). Because of this agreement and to maintain parity, a resolution changing the
benefits for union-represented employees is required.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. This Resolution shall apply to Fiscal Years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-
29 commencing July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2029, for the Memorandum of Understanding
by and between LIUNA Local 777 and the City of Lake Elsinore as reflected in the attachment
labeled Exhibit B.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its passage and
adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and enter it into
the book of original Resolutions.
Passed and Adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore,
California, this 23rd day of June 2026.
