Pursuant to the California Public Records Act(Government Code§7920 et seq.),I respectfully request copies of records identifying real property
owned by the City of Lake Elsinore.
To minimize staff time and costs,I am requesting existing records in electronic format,if available,including any spreadsheet,GIS layer,parcel
inventory,property management database export,or similar record containing the following information:
•Assessor Parcel Number(APN)
•Property Address(if assigned)
•Property Acreage
•Ownership Entity
•Current Land Use
•Zoning Designation
•General Plan Land Use Designation
•Latitude/Longitude or GIS Coordinates(if available)
•Surplus Property Designation(if applicable)
•Vacant or Improved Status(if available)
If available, I also request:
•GIS shapefiles,geodatabases,KMZ/KML files,or mapping layers depicting City-owned properties.
•Any current inventory,register,or list of City-owned real property assets.
•Any adopted surplus property list maintained pursuant to California law.
Electronic copies are preferred and may be provided via email or download link.
