The structure is a one-story masonry wall enclosure with galvanized corrugated roofing over fire -retardant wood
beams. The walls are composed of 8x8x16 concrete masonry units with a variety of block colors. The walls are
approximately 7'-0" high with the overall roof height at approximately 9'-0" high. The main enclosure gate is a
pair 3'-6" x 7'-0" metal swinging gate panels. The pedestrian entry gate is 3'-0" x 7'-0" metal swinging gate.
The enclosure is designed to house three (3) 4 yard trash, waste or recycling bins. All areas of the trash
enclosure and exterior approaches are accessible as required by the California Building Code.
