Construction on a walking deck, rear carport and new roof commenced without firs, obtaining City approval and a Building Permit, which is in violation of City Building Code requirements. The Stop Work Notices requested that contac, be made with the City Building Division within five (5) working days from the date of the Notice. To this (late, the City has no record of any correspondence regarding this matter. The City would like to resolve this issue without any further action.
