Dear Mr. Mitchell:
Pursuant to the request of Mr. Scott Wilson of Wilson Mikami Corporation, SoilWorks, Inc. has
reviewed the referenced Rough Grading Plan for Tract 31920-13 and 31920-16 within the
Summerly Development site, in the City of Lake Elsinore, California. Our review is limited to the
geotechnical engineering aspects of the project only. The civil and structural engineering design
and details, including lines and grades are within the purview of others.
The Rough Grading Plan prepared by Wilson Mikami Corporation, includes the following:

Based on our review of the plans, it is our opinion that these plans are acceptable from a
geotechnical standpoint provided that the site subgrade preparation, fill placement, and
structural design are in accordance with the recommendations of the Geotechnical Engineer of
Record.
It should be noted that the address shown in the Engineering Geologist and Soils Engineer
Block at the bottom of each sheet should be corrected to 350 Fischer Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA
92626.

generally accepted professional engineering principles and local practice in the field of
geotechnical engineering and reflect our professional judgment. We make no other warranty,
either express or implied.
