1. Conditional Use Permit No. 95-1 shall become null and void
unless appropriate City permits are obtained and operation
commences within one yehr of the approval date.

4. The school shall be reviewed within two years (March 1997) of
aPprowal by the Planning Cm ission to determine if the school
location is appropriate and has been operating in a manner
that has not created problems and without substantially
impacting the surrounding
environment. At the end of the two
year period the school expansion (to loo students) shall be
taken into consideration.
