INFORMATION OF DOCUMENTS REQUESTED If document was not mentioned above, provide brief description Dear City Clerk: Pursuant to the California Public Records Act,Government Code§§7920.000 et seq.,I respectfully request copies of the following public records concerning these properties: Assessor's Parcel Numbers:377-420-006,377-420-007,377-420-008,377-420-009,377-420-010,377-420-011,377-420-012 Address: 18503 Pasadena Street,Lake Elsinore,CA Records Requested: 1.Zoning history and current designation for each parcel,including any zoning changes since 1990. 2.All Conditional Use Permits,Variances,and other land use entitlements ever applied for,granted,denied,or pending for the parcels—including applications,conditions of approval,and current compliance status. 3.Any lawful nonconforming use determination concerning use of the parcels. 4.All building permits and permit applications(granted,denied,withdrawn,or pending),including those for the perimeter wall,fencing,and any structures on site. 5.All code enforcement records concerning the parcels or 18503 Pasadena Street. 6.The complete planning case file for the 2005 parcel map(Riverside County Recorder's document 2005-0579589),including tentative map,final map,and conditions of approval. 7.All business license records for any business that has been licensed,applied for a license,or operated at the parcels or at 18503 Pasadena Street,including applications,issuances,renewals,lapses,and revocations.
