To Whom It May Concern,
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act(Government Code Sections 7920.000 et seq.), I respectfully request copies of the City of Lake
Elsinore's current records relating to unclaimed monies,escheated funds,outstanding checks,or unclaimed property maintained by the City.
Specifically, I am requesting:
.The most current database,spreadsheet,ledger,or report containing unclaimed monies held by the City;
•Any lists published pursuant to Government Code Sections 50050-50056;
•Any records identifying the claimant/business name,amount owed,fund/account reference,issue date,and status of the funds;
•Any updated records generated after the City's most recent public notice publication.
If available electronically,I request the records in their native digital format,such as Excel(.xlsx),CSV,or similar searchable electronic format.
If any portion of this request is exempt from disclosure,please provide:
1.The specific legal basis for the exemption;and
2.Any reasonably segregable non-exempt portions of the records.
Please inform me of any duplication costs before processing if fees are expected to exceed$25.
