Electrical panel upgrade needed. We just purchased this house and the lights flicker a lot. So we had an
electrician come out and the breaker box is a 60 watt only only and the whole box is very old with no shut off
switch. A whole new breaker box/electrical panel box needs to be installed. We have edison scheduled for
