Description
Scope of Services The contractor will furnish a proposal and price For all materials,labor and equipment to
complete the job and deliver the scope.The contractor must familiarize himself with the
site,all details of the work required,and existing conditions.The contractor must be a
going entity for at least 3 years,and produce a valid certificate of liability insurance,which
must be on hand before work begins.The Contractor shall self-perform on the site,and
with its own organization,work equivalent to at least 75%(seventy-five)percent of each
bid set of the work to be performed under the contract.This percentage may be reduced
by a supplemental agreement to this contract if,during performing the work,the
Contractor requests a reduction,and the City determines that the reduction would be to
the advantage of the City.
All work will be permitted and inspected through the City of Lake Elsinore Building
Department.
General Requirements:
o Mobilization&Demobilization Including Construction Schedules
o(Not To Exceed 3%of Total Bid)
o Labor Material and Performance Bonds
o All Cement Plaster
o All Exterior Brick Finishes
Qualifications:
All bidders must have a C-29 masonry or C-35 lathing&plastering license,qualified,and
understand how to identify the most effective and efficient construction methods to
complete the project.
