As we approach the start of Spring Seasons, I wanted to reach out with a few items regarding this upcoming season and Fall 2026, including a mandatory meeting (virtual via Teams) on January 22, 2026 from 6pm to 7pm. For Spring, just a reminder to submit your allocation requests, current board information, League By -Laws, current insurance, and preliminary rosters (final rosters due by March 15th). If you have already submitted this information, you can disregard this part. For Fall, there will be a few changes to the current use fees. As most of you are aware, we have a Per Team Per Season Fee that we have not assessed since COVID. This was to ease the financial burden of our Recreational Leagues during this time. Additionally, the cost of lights will be increasing by $1 per hour ($1.50 per hour for non-residents). The new fees will take effect on July 1, 2026, in conjunction with the beginning of the City's 2026/2027 fiscal year. Here is a breakdown of the fees to help your organization account for them later in the year: Team Fee (Per Team Per Season) o Baseball/Softball - $100 Resident / $150 Non -Resident o Soccer/Football - $200 Resident / $300 Non -Resident • Light Use Fee (Per Hour) o $17 Resident / $25.50 Non -Resident We are hosting a mandatory allocation meeting with all leagues via Microsoft Teams on Thursday January 22nd from 6pm to 7pm. A maximum of 2 attendees per league will be permitted, the President and Fields/Scheduling Coordinator. Please send the names and email of the 2 attending so we may send the meeting invite once we have received all attendees.
