Hey Justin,
I'm seeing that City SC Temecula is already advertising free clinics in Lake Elsinore. Looks like an
email went out from them to the rec program and the ESC parents.

Hey Justin,
Yes, the link was sent to all our players. However, I did notice there were some
random addresses. Not sure if those are just random people that found the link and signed it
or maybe they're our parents that went out of state for a few days? Either way, looks like a
lot of Lake Elsinore residents.
As far as the application, I thought it was to show how many teams will be out at the field at
once. But if you need me to redo, please let me know and I will fill it out again. Thanks.

Good evening David,
I hope all is well.
I appreciate your drive to get the youth back out on the fields.
As I stated in our last email, we have a meeting set up to discuss your allocations. I
realize I did not give you an exact date as it was not decided on yet. The meeting is
set up for tomorrow afternoon, so I should have an update for you by the end of
the day tomorrow or early Thursday morning.
Thank you for being transparent about the petition. So those that signed it are
parents of those that you are requesting field use for?
Rosters will need to be submitted to verify residency. Your residency, along with
league/club status, will determine where you fall on our allocation priority list per
our Field Allocation Policy.
Also, your original field use request only requested use for 3 teams, but one of
your previous emails says you are looking for space for 9 teams. I will need an
updated and accurate field use request form on file.
We understand that these teams have left ESC to join your organization and that is
also a point of our discussion tomorrow. We are working diligently to address this
matter as there is a lot of moving parts to this request, so please be patient with
us.
Hopefully, this answers any questions you may have had and please feel free to
email me if you have any other questions.
We look forward to working with you and being able to get the residents of your
organization out on our fields.
Thank you,

Hey Justin,
Hope you had a great weekend. I know you are still checking on the availability of field
space. In case you needed further information about our club, I wanted to send you a
petition of the parents within our club that are requesting field space. Most of the families
as you can see are Lake Elsinore residents. I've also cc'ed all the coaches. The coaches are
all leaving Elsinore SC to come to SoCal Elite FC - Lake Elsinore. The list of coaches are as
follows:
Jose Meza - Boys 2005, Girls 2012
Paul Ransom - Boys 2009
Kennii Pravongviengkham - Boys 2011
Jorge Sandoval - Boys 2008
Vincent Herrera - Boys 2007
Rick Romero - Girls 2005
Jose Hernando - Girls 2005
Rosters of each team can be provided upon request. Once again, thank you for your hard
work and appreciate what you do for the city of Lake Elsinore. We are eager to get started
and to get the athletes back on the field. Thank you.
Respectfully,
