Hey Justin,
Thanks so much for the response here. Apologies for the delay, I'm still out of state.
Regarding the fields requested, we were going based on what we thought we've had in the
past during this time. Whatever fields/allocations we've used in the past will be more than
fine for June. For the Competitive rosters, we can certainly get those over to you once I'm
back in state.
Also following up on our in person meeting at your City offices a few months ago, we would
like to continue the conversation of us contributing to the re -seeding at Alberhill to help
with maintenance costs. Are you available to jump on a call when I'm back in CA - either
Friday this week or Monday next week?

Hi Liam,
Happy Friday!
We will review your extension request and get back to you early next week. Typically, in the past, your
competitive program only utilizes Alberhill once Rec Season ends. This is the only field that is requested for an
extension. Is there a reason you need more fields this season for competitive? Also, looking back through my
emails, I haven't received the rosters for your competitive teams Spring, I only received the Rec Rosters. When
you get a chance will you send these over?
For your July use, from the looks of it, it's a Tuesday/Wednesday morning camp at Alberhill? I attached a copy
of the Field Use Request Form. Please fill this out and submit it back to me.
I will have your June 21-22 permit to you by early next week. We will keep a look out for your Fall Request!
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey Justin,
Thank you so much for the information. We need to request an extension through June
30th, as follows in line with previous years with our competitive program still running:
• Alberhill Sports Park; Mon -Fri 4pm-10pm
• Alberhill Sports Park; Sat -Sun 7am-8pm
• Canyon Hills Sports Park (9v9 Soccer Field); Mon -Fri 4pm-10pm

• Canyon Hills Sports Park (11v11/Football Field); Mon, Wed, Fri 4pm-1Opm
• Canyon Hills Sports Park (11v11/Football Field); Sat 7am-8pm
• Canyon Hills Sports Park (Grass Space); Mon -Fri 4pm-10pm
• Canyon Hills Sports Park (Grass Space); Sat 7am-8pm
• Creekside Park; Mon -Fri 4pm-dark
• Creekside Park; Sat 8am-5pm
In addition to the above, we will also need to submit the following request for our
upcoming Lake Elsinore camp;
• July 8-9 Brazilian Soccer Camp, Alberhill Sports Park; 8am-12pm
Also just a quick reminder if you can please send over the permits for our Lake Elsinore
Summer Classic tournament when you get a second. For the LESC tournament on June
21-22, we would like to set up all equipment/branding on Friday, June 20 at Alberhill if
possible.
We'll follow up soon with all the summer/fall allocation documents. Please let us know if
there's anything else you need from us in the meantime and thanks in advance!

Hi Liam,
Happy Friday!
We look forward to working with you as well.
Correct, June 1St is when initial requests should be submitted so we can begin working on allocations to get
them out in time for seasons to begin. With the organizational changes we will need the following submitted
with your allocation request:
• Board Member Roster
• League By -Laws
• Team Rosters
o We understand registrations may still be open, however, initial rosters will give an idea of how
many are registered
attached a copy of the Spring 2025 Allocation form. You will see that most allocations end on 6/1/25 as this
is usually well past the end of most rec seasons. This is in case leagues have rainouts and need make up
games. If there is extended use for All Stars or championship tournaments, the use needs to be requested.
The only allocation that shows though June 30th is Alberhill and that is a tentative allocation date that is
subject to the request for extension. You will see there is a note under that says, "Will send request for post
Rec, Club usage". If allocations are needed at Alberhill beyond rec season, it needs to be requested.
Hopefully, this information helps!

Hi Justin and Beau,
Looking forward to working with you on field allocations for City SC. If you can
please provide details on what you will need from us for summer/fall allocations and
confirm deadlines, we will make sure we have everything ready to go for you. In
reviewing the field allocations procedures online, my understanding is that June 1 is
generally the deadline for summer/fall allocation submissions?
Per Aaron's request, if you can also please provide a copy of the current spring
allocations form/permit and whatever was submitted on behalf of City SC for the
current allocation period for our records that would be much appreciated!
Anything else you need from us in the meantime, please let me know.

Thanks for sending that over Justin. Really appreciate it.
Davina Sanchez and Julio Gomez will be the only 2 City SC associated users for light access.
and are no longer associated users for City SC. Please confirm that
those can be removed from our account effective immediately.
Lastly, is there an update on the Tournament permit request that was submitted a couple of
weeks ago for the Lake Elsinore Summer Classic?

Hi Beau and Justin:
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to request access to the light codes for Alber Hill and
Canyon Hills. At present, the codes are held by Terry Olsen and Kelly
Ayoub, and our team does not have direct access to them. This lack
of access is currently impacting the operations of our competitive
program.
We would greatly appreciate your assistance in facilitating access to
these codes at your earliest convenience. Please do not hesitate to
reach out if you require any further information or documentation
from our side to support this request.

Beau, Benjamin, and Justin,
Thank you again for taking the time to meet with our team
yesterday regarding our concerns of rumors circulating about field
allocations and City SC allegedly "rebranding."
We appreciate the opportunity to clarify that City SC is NOT
rebranding, as well as your transparency and additional insight into
the field allocations process.
Per your request, attached are a few examples of the competing
organization making direct claims that they have been granted
exclusive use of Lake Elsinore fields for the fall. These examples
have been pulled from various online posts and promotional e-
mails that have been sent to the Lake Elsinore soccer community.
For your reference, I have also included the language that City SC
has used from day one, and continues to use to answer questions
regarding the fields, which we hope you will find to be factual, fair
and consistent with City policy.
The conflicting information regarding the field allocations for the fall
has been the greatest source of concern within the Lake Elsinore
soccer community, and understandably, the most important factor
for families in choosing a program.
We respect the City of Lake Elsinore's dedication to serving the
community, and appreciate your commitment to allocating fields
based on residency, fairness and impartiality in congruence with
the established field use and allocations policies and procedures.
Please let me know if you have difficulty opening any of the
attached documents, or if you have further questions.
Thanks again,
Natalie

Thank you for your patience as I found time to respond to
this email. As you were aware Aaron I was out of the office

possible.
If you have relevant information of individuals making

will get back to you as soon as possible.
As for individuals "speaking on behalf of the City", I'd like
to reiterate any official comments or statements regarding
City fields and allocations will only come from the City and
its employees. Specifically, the four individuals on this
email chain.
We reserve our fields based on the Field Allocation Policy
which can be found on our website. Current allocations
are good through June 2025 and will remain unchanged
unless deemed necessary by City staff. We will direct and
calls and concerns about the current City SC Southwest
structure to the Organization's Leadership.
As for a meeting, we'd be happy to have a zoom meeting
to hear from you and your team. I wanted to notify y'all in
this meeting, we'll just gather information and will not be
making any comments or decisions on future allocations.
As we have told y'all and are informing individuals
inquiring with us, all Spring 2025 allocations are set with
no intention on adjusting them. And no decisions for Fall
2025 have been made. Do y'all have a day and time

Hi Beau,
Thank you for taking time to talk earlier. I really appreciate
it. I have cc'd our club leadership on this email.
As per our conversation, can we ideally set up an in person
meeting Tomorrow or Friday please at whatever time suits
you best? This would be much appreciated.
If this is not possible to meet in person, can we instead do

There is a lot going on with this situation rapidly
developing even since this morning and we really feel it
could be detrimental if not addressed right away
especially going into the weekend as it is reflecting
negatively on both City SC and the City of Lake Elsinore.
I hope we can connect really quickly so that the families
don't get caught in the middle of this as I am
bombarded with concerned Elsinore families all day and
there is a storm of confusion.
We also just received an email from Kelly (ccd Justin
Harding & Attorney firm) which comes across as EVYSL
speaking on behalf of the City of Lake Elsinore
dictating/revoking field allocation and facility use which
we would like to clarify too.
Thank you ahead of time for this and hope we can talk
tomorrow.
