Hi Justin,
Hope you're well. To provide some additional context on our roster projections, competitive
tryouts were pushed back 2 weeks from when they are historically scheduled. The majority
of age groups do not tryout until next week.
The updated tryout timeline, the re -structuring of the age group cut-offs being
implemented by US Soccer this season, and the introduction of a second competitive club
in the area all make it really difficult to drill down into what the actual player pool and
rosters will look like. After next week's tryouts we will have a much more realistic picture.
Are preliminary rosters mandatory at this point? If rosters are not a requirement at this
point in the process, we will utilize the March 15 deadline to provide current and accurate
spring rosters.
Please confirm what is required to ensure compliance on our end.

The 800-850 is projected based on previous seasons as we still have our Spring rec
registrations open for a few more weeks and our competitive tryouts aren't until the
week of February 23 (teams are formed and registered by March 2). The rosters we
would submit by March 15 would be accurate for both the rec and competitive
numbers by then.

That should be it for the most part. If you have them, current rosters would help. I know you said you
have about 8-850 registered, correct? Not sure if this has changed since your registration might still be
open. Is this including your competitive?

Hey Justin,
I hope you're well. Please see attached the scanned copy of our Spring field
application (pages 13-15).
We are working on sending our rosters over to you by March 15. Do you need us to
send over the board roster and league by-laws too? These are the same
information you have on file from the last allocation period. We'll also be sending
over an updated COI for you to keep on file.
Also, when should we expect to receive field allocations for the Spring?
Is there anything else you need from us prior to February 1?
