Good afternoon Kelly —
I hope this email finds you well. After review of the rosters submitted and based on our Field Allocation Policy,
your organization, Lake SC, will be given priority based on your Resident Recreational Organization designation.
As a Priority Organization, you have until August 1St to submit final registration numbers and rosters along with
your Field Allocation Request. After we allocate based on your requests and need, remaining field availability will
be reviewed and, if applicable, allocated to other requesting organizations in accordance with our Field Allocation
Policy.
