Also, as an fyi, Nancy let me know today that Soboba gave their ok for the additional MM language that
Pechanga wanted added to the CEQA document and Soboba's conclusion of consultation still stands.
Nancy is still working to get Pechanga's close of consultation.

Hi everyone,
Quick check in. Do you know where things stand with the items 'in your court' below?
@NancyHuynh I attached the mailing labels. We had to increase the radius to 900ft to reach
enough property owners.
In my court
- Planning Commission address labels Attached (10/8)
- I requested a meeting Alberto/Amy (RCFC) No response. Will follow up again
- DBA + Reg Agreement redlines Sent (9/30)
In your court
- MOU needs countersignature — Paul is coordinating this item and can provide an update
- COA's: Review applicant redlines. Sent to Lake Elsinore 9/24
My revisions to the COAs have been made. However, I need to clarify a couple of the Planning
related comments with Nancy and will do so today or tomorrow. Paul provided his responses to
your team's comments on the COAs today. The other departments and the City Attorney are still
reviewing your comments and I haven't received their responses just yet. I will let you know once
I have them. Once I have everyone's input, I will clean up the COAs and get them to you for
review.
- Paul requested a meeting with Amy at RCFC today (9/30) @Paul Fizer Have you heard
anything from Amy?
- DBA + Reg Agreement: review applicant redlines City Attorney's office indicated today that
they are still reviewing

Please note that I've routed the Density Bonus and Regulatory Agreements to the City Attorney's
office for their review. Paul and the Eng team will be handling the MOU. Please note the following
clarifications from your e-mail below:
The staff report package isn't typically released during the CEQA public review period.
Nancy mentioned the last PC date for 2025 is December 16th. If we go to PC on the 16th the
agenda packet should be released on December 11th

Hi everyone,
I appreciate your time this morning.
Following our discussion today, Nancy will close out Pechanga /Soboba next week, then
publish CEQA and 30 -day notice on October 27th, (I presume that includes the Staff
Report?), that leads us to the December 12th Planning Commission. Tamara submitted the
revised plans and requested any add'I COA's by 10/09/25.
