Hi everyone,
I appreciate your time this morning.
Following our discussion today, Nancy will close out Pechanga /Soboba next week, then publish CEQA
and 30 -day notice on October 27th, (I presume that includes the Staff Report?), that leads us to the
December 12th Planning Commission. Tamara submitted the revised plans and requested any add'I
COA's by 10/09/25.
In my court
- Planning Commission address labels (will send shortly)
- I requested a meeting Alberto/Amy (RCFC)
- DBA + Reg Agreement redlines included with email
In your court
- MOU needs countersignature (see attached)
- COA's: Review applicant redlines. Sent to Lake Elsinore 9/24 (also attached)
