Good news with RCFC. I will stand by and check in with everyone late next week. I'm not sure if you've had a chance to connect with them yet, but if your team hasn't heard anything, please let me know and I can follow up on our end. I believe you sent an earlier email about Flood Control — As Amy noted in her email, our recent discussion went well, and we're getting closer to finalizing your project conditions. We're just working through final details with our attorney to wrap everything up here. Probably the most important piece, in terms of outstanding items, I believe the WQMP is still pending on your side for resubmittal.. can you confirm? Your previous email said that it is older and doesn't reflect the TTM, but I'm not aware of any changes that would be reflected on title at this point. For the legal agreements, you can use the property description that is in Exhibit A. Please let me know if you need anything else. When you have a moment today, could you please update me on our status: - COA's - waiting on responses from Fire, Building and the City Attorney's office. I've followed up to check status. Please note that Traci has indicated that she needs to discuss your highlights on COA #146 with Chief Reed and she anticipates doing so tomorrow as today is a holiday for the County. - MOU - Paul or Yu will provide an update on this item. - DB Agreements - Your redlined versions of the DBA related agreements are still with the City Attorney's office for review and response. Again, I've requested a status update on these from their office. - Plan revisions due yesterday - Engineering has a few clean up item comments that will need to be made to the plans prior to PC related to the TTM and the maintenance exhibits. In addition, Engineering has indicated that approval of the PWQMP is still pending and will be needed prior to PC. I'm waiting to hear back from Fire on their review of the plan set as well. I'll get you the additional Engineering comments and any others once I have responses from all reviewers. There are no additional comments from Planning. - Next steps with the tribes - Soboba has confirmed the close of their consultation. Pechanga has not closed consultation just yet. Nancy has reached out to Pechanga and will continue to follow up. - Any final CEQA items needed by Tim - I believe the last item Tim is waiting on is the AB 52 updates/Pechanga close of consultation. Tim - feel free to jump in if additional items are outstanding. - Clearinghouse NOPH dates that we should be tracking - Tim to provide update as his team is working on this. I would imagine that AB 52 is holding this item up as well as the public review version of the ISMND won't be ready until AB 52 is completed. I requested a new title report and will review the other docs. The MOU can be executed once Engineering confirms that we can proceed with TTM, aligning with the entitlement schedule sent by Damaris. Quick question for you: While we have a title report that was previously submitted, it is now older than 6 months and doesn't reflect the TTM. What do you mean by the title "doesn't reflect the TTM"? Are you expecting something to have been recorded on the property? We incorporated that and revised the drainage/WQMP studies. I will be out of office on Thursday/Friday for a matter on a different project, but can we touch base on Wednesday after you have had a chance to review? I would like to understand our schedule going forward. To that end, I was told by our counsel who has conferred with David Mann, that David spoke with engineering about adding a COA item that allows us to proceed with TTM, but allows for any adjustments required by RCFC. I am available anytime after 12p on Wednesday. Thank you, James p.s. @Harrison, Tamara I have uploaded all of the files in the link to your eTransfer.
