Requesting public records for 1001 W Heald Ave,Lake Elsinore,CA 92530.We are currently in escrow to purchase this property and had a question
on the total sqft.On the tax record,it shows 697 sqft for 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.On the MLS,it states 1,780 sqft for 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.The
listing Agent,Troy Archuleta,states that he does not know or have any records of the increased sqft,i.e.permits,etc.Thinking logically,it is not
feasible to have 4 regular sized bedrooms and 2 baths in a 697 sqft house.Either there was an error or under-recording on the total square footage.
We are just wanting to find the facts and have a better understanding on the property.Thank you,Anthony Lin
