Minimum Housing Code, the Uniform Building Code, and the Code to correct such conditions by repair, renovation, demolition, or removal within thirty (30) days of service of the notice. Occupancy of the property is prohibited until you obtain written approval from the Building Official . If you decide to repair or renovate the structure, you will need to obtain one or more permits for work that is required, such as a building, electrical, plumbing, and/or a mechanical permit. These permits are available at the Building and Safety Department, 130 South :lain Street, Lake"Elsinore, California, 92530. If you decide to demolish the structures, you must obtain a demolition permit from the Building Official at the above address. You may appeal the determination or requirements made by the Building official within thirty ( 30) days after the service of this notice.
