THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELSINORE do resolve as fo11oW8:-
This being the time and place tor hearing of all objections wit~ relation to
the Warrant. Assessment and Diagram heretofore filed by the Superintendant of
Streets with the City Clerk of the City of Elsinore for the Improvement of Pottery.
MaiD and other streets. as such work is particularly described in a Resolution
of Intention of this Oity Council. No 186 adopted December. 7th. 1927 reference
to which is hereby made for a particular description of the work to be done. the
assessment distriCt and the Bonds to be issued. and
aed the Council being satisfied with the correctness thereof and that said work
has been properly done.
Therefore it is further resolved that the said Warrant. Assessment and
Diagram is hereby approved and in all respecite confirmed. e.nd the Superintendant
of Streets of the City of Elsinore is instructed to forthwith record the same a.nd
make delivery thereof to the contractor,
