Hi,
I'm looking for records related to short-term rental(STR)enforcement or monitoring in the City of Lake Elsinore as I research STIR enforcement
across California.
Specifically, I'm looking for:
Any contracts or agreements with vendors used for STIR monitoring or enforcement software/services(Host Compliance,Deckard,etc.)
Any RFPs,bids,or proposals for those services
Any supporting documents like scope of work or procurement paperwork
The names of any current or past vendors used for STIR enforcement/compliance
