Justin,
Thank you for sharing this with me. I don't expect this will be the last complaint we hear from City SC
—whether from their coaches, "parents disguised as club coaches", or fake community members
(grumpy club coaches) regarding Lake SC.
You've known me for several years, and you know this is not how I operate. Unfortunately, I anticipate
more fabricated complaints surfacing as a byproduct of the other organizations' less -than -ideal field
allocation this fall. That seems to be the way they operate.
We communicate only with our coaches, and we do so in a respectful manner, reminding them to be
good citizens when representing our organization. For clarity, I've attached the only field -related
communication we've issued this fall. It was specifically about the Menifee allocation mix-up, where
Empire Surf coaches were mistakenly given an outdated schedule, and our teams were incorrectly
removed from Underwood Park.
Thank you again for bringing this to my attention.
Best regards,
Kelly

Hi Kelly,
We received a voicemail from a City SC parent stating they were told by a parent of Lake SC that
Lake SC instructed their parents to escort City SC players off of Canyon Hills if they show up on any
field. We don't believe this was the case but want to confirm with you that this is not a sentiment
being relayed to your parents.
Thank you,
Justin Harding

Hi Coaches,
I've spoken with most of you already, but I want to quickly recap what took place last night.
Empire Surf's Menifee representative reached out to Kelly, saying that we `screwed up" by having our coaches on the field. He claimed to have the latest allocation. As soon as I finished on the training field, I
called him directly and confirmed that he was looking at the old allocation. He was mistaken — you were right to be there_
For clarity_
This week, we are at Underwood on Tuesday and Thursday.
• Starting next week (Sep 1 and Sep 3), we'll return to our normal schedule of Monday and Wednesday.
These types of mix-ups can happen early in the season while organizations are adjusting to updated allocations, but it doesn't excuse the confusion.
Looking ahead, I'd like to ask all of you to help us keep an eye on our fields. If you notice another organization using our space:
• Please be courteous when asking them to vacate.
• If they refuse, call Kelly and she'll connect with her Menifee contacts to resolve the issue.
Thanks for your patience and professionalism as we navigate the start of the season. See you all at Underwood tomorrow (Thursday)!
Best,
Terry
