As detailed previously, we have a no refund policy for a reason. We are a non-profit organization and our recreational soccer program is self -funding and extremely affordable at $159 for 10 weeks of soccer. If someone else is able to fill your roster spot, we will consider a partial refund of 20% of the registration fee. This is indeed an unusual exception to our hard no refund policy. We have already purchased uniforms and medals based on the enrollment for the season. The roster spot you were given also took away the opportunity for another child to participate. We will reach out again if the roster spot you purchased can be filled by a match from the waitlist. I also appreciate you participating in our common Facebook group, What's Up Lake Elsinore, but if you are going to post about an organization, please be truthful. Kelly has been communicating with you promptly and professionally. I am counting five (5) emails from her to you. Kelly will be in touch in the event your roster spot can be filled by another player matching the uniform size of your daughter.
