asphaltic concrete pavement, the constru.ction of cement concrete
curbs, the construction of sidewalk returns, and the bringing of
the existing sewer manhole to grade.

North of the North line of Sumner Avenue to a line parallel vrJi th
and ten feet South of the SOLl.th line of Heald. Avenue, be improved
by grading, the construction of an asphaltic Goncrete wearing

ordi:nary benefit and said 01 ty Counci 1 hereby makes the expenses
of said work a:r~d improvement chargeable uporl a district ,which
said district said City Oouncil hereby declares to be the di6-
tri.ct benefited by said work and improvemerrt and to be assessed
to pay the costs and expenses thereof, to-wit: All that portion
of the City of Elsinore indicated and shown within the red
bOli:nd~Jr'Y line upon a map thereof on file in the office of the OJ.ty
Engineer of said oity and designated as "No. 0 Assessment District
Map of Main street and Other Streets in the 01 ty of Elsinore",
and VThich map shows speoifioally the lots, blooks and parcele
of land to be assessed. Reference is hereby rnade to said map
for a further, full and oomplete descripti,.on of the assessment
district and the property to be assessed. Said map shall Lovern
for all details as to the extent of the assessment district.
Section III. It is hereby resolved and determined that

of December, 1927, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock A.M. in the Council
Ohamber of the Oi ty Council in the Oity Hall of the Oi ty of
Elsinore, any and all perEone having any ol!jection to the e,eid
proposed work of improvement or to the dis.trict to be assessed
Y"fiay appear before the said Oi ty Oounoil and show oause why the
said improvement should not be carried out in accordance with
this resolution.
Section V. The City Clerk of the City of Elsinore shall
caus e this Resolution of Int enti on to be publi SLled twic e ill the
"ELSINORE LEl\DER.....PRESt!.", a weekly newspaper of

tioD, printed, published and circulated in the City of Elsinore.
Section VI. 'Tlhe Stre3t Superintendent of' the C1 ty of
Elsinore shall cause to be posted notices of the passage of this
Resolution in the manner required by law.
Section VII. All the herein proposed work shall be done and
the saiel bonds iasu.ed in pursuance of the provisions of an Act
of the Legislature of the State of California, designated and
known as the "Improvement Act of 1911", approved Apri 1 7 # 1911..
and amendlT:ents thereto.
