Description
Scope of Services The contractor will furnish a proposal and price for all materials, labor and
equipment to complete the job and deliver the entire site.The contractor
must familiarize himself with the site, all details of the work required, and
existing conditions.The contractor must be a going entity for at least 3
years, produce a valid certificate of liability insurance,which must be on
hand before work begins.All work will be permitted and inspected through
the City of Lake Elsinore Building Department.
Other Details General Requirements:
Mobilization Clear and grub site.
Remove trees and haul off Demo hardscape and haul off
Demo asphalt and haul off Make site cuts and fills
Finish grade Excavate bio basin

Install bio basin material and piping manholes
Curb and Gutter Approaches Removal of any Rock

Notes Federal Funding:This project is being financed with Community
Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development(24 CFR Part 570) and subject to certain requirements
including:compliance with Section 3 (24 CFR Part 135) Economic
Opportunities requirements; payment of Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing
wages; Federal Labor Standards Provisions(HUD 4010); Executive Order
#11246; and others. Information pertaining to the Federal requirements is
on file with the County of Riverside Housing and Workforce Solutions.
